Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumina mobile application ("App") operated by inixio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Lumina allows you to generate AI-powered sacred visualizations from text prompts. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Free and Premium Access

Free tier: Includes 6 pre-made Luminations and 3 custom generations per week.
Premium: Unlocks unlimited generations via auto-renewable subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Generated Content

Luminations generated through the App are created by AI. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or theological correctness of any generated content. Generated visualizations are for personal inspiration and reflection.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App to generate harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Resell or commercially distribute generated content

5. Intellectual Property

The Lumina app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by inixio LLC. Luminations you generate are yours for personal use. We retain no ownership of your generated content.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inixio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
