inixio LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lumina mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Lumina is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

Prompts you enter: Your text prompts are sent to our AI service to generate visualizations. We do not store your prompts on our servers after generation is complete.
Subscription data: If you subscribe to Premium, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.
Device data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., app opens, feature usage) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

What We Don't Collect

We do not require an account or login
We do not collect your name, email, or personal information
We do not track your location
We do not sell or share data with third parties
We do not use advertising SDKs or trackers

Data Storage

Your saved Luminations (visualizations) are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your saved content. If you delete the app, your locally saved data will be removed.

Third-Party Services

Lumina uses the following third-party services:

Google AI (Gemini): To generate sacred visualizations from your prompts. Google's privacy policy applies to prompt processing.
Apple StoreKit: To manage subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing.

Children's Privacy

Lumina is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through an app update or notice within the app.
